Can I get a medical procedure done through my parents insurance with the bill only sent to me?

I want to get a medical procedure done. I am on my parents' insurance but want the bill sent to me without them finding out about the procedure. Is there a way for me to pay for it and them not find out? Would Blue Cross Anthem do that? Thanks for any information.
