This is my X-Ray what does this mean i am having Major Problems with my neck do to an auto accident.?

AP and Lateral views of the cervical spine show the a possible old anterior wedge compression fracture of C5. The amount of compression is about 20%,the remaining bony structure appear to be intact.The vertebral disc spaces appear to be preserved.There is straitening of the normal Lordotic Curvature which is usually related to spasm.
