Mondeo Auto Box removal?

Got to pop out a Mark 2 P reg mondeo auto gearbox the weekend and just wondered if anyone had done one before and they could advise me if i need any special tools e.g a set of subframe alignment tools or a special spanner to get at the awkward subframe bolts. Other than that it should be straight forward i hope, famous last words lol.
