BCBS pre existing language- Can endometriosis be considered pre existing if I have had no symptoms?

~~Preexisting is only if you have had symptoms, went to the doctor and been diagnosed and/or treated for a condition. You have not done any so no it would not be a preexisting disease/illness.~~
