Got two traffic tickets and points on my license but the car was under my dads insurance will his rate go up?

i just got two tickets today in nyc. because of the snow it was hard to see the no left turn sign and the zebra lines i drove over were covered in snow. i took pictures. i was wondering since i was driving and the car is insured under his name so will my points affect his insurance rates and im thinking of fighting it since i have pictures and the snow day today
