Need help getting my new scooter running. Does anyone know of a scooter repair in L.A. county, CA?

Bought a scooter online from ATV Discounter. it was damaged in shipping. They are not any help. Just need someone to put it together for me, and tell me what parts it needs. I think damage is minor, but I haven't a clue. Please help! will pay for labor and parts.
