Would insurance pay for a breast reduction?

I'm 17. I was overweight for my height (5' 1 @ 160) but I lost weight (@130 now) because of my back problems. My breasts are still big and they hurt sometimes & I still have back problems. Would insurance pay for a reduction? I'm not even sure what insurance I have my mom has my card.
