How do I get help with a dental infection b4 my head explodes( no insurance)87$?

I am a full time student with a laid off husband and 2 kids. We've already sold everything but I have 87$ and state granted insurance which none of the 34 dentists on my plan are accepting until October or later. I'm in pain. I can't sleep and I have so much work to do. Does anyone know of a charitable place I can go in Wisconsin? The pain is unbearable! I cannot describe it's severity.
