I Have a enlarged Uterus and Cervix scared advice needed please?

I am 34 year old mom of two .I started having problems about 3 years ago and never went to doctor due to no insurance ,Finally about 4 months ago i went to ER with pain they did tests including a C-scan.The medical records say lower uterine segment and cervix are somewhat enlarged with hazy margins.The adnexa are grossly satisfactory in appearance for a patient of my age.They told me to go to gyn doctor I finally got insurance so i go Monday.Has anyone been threw something like this or does anyone understand where they may be coming from .I am worrried to death that its cancer .I been looking up things all day trying to figure it all out,Any advice please!
