DUI - how much will my car insurance go up?
I was convicted of a DUI and soon I'll be eligible for a resticted license. I have to have an ignition interlock device installed, and file an SR-22 with my insurance company (Anchor General Insurance). I have not told them yet as I am not yet eligible. I called and they said that they do accept people with DUIs. I am currently paying $77 per month for full coverage. I'm male, 29 years old. How much can I expect my insurance cost to rise once I file the SR-22?

While Albany is a depressed area and certain costs of living are a bit lower than elsewhere in NYS, taxes are high. TX has no state income tax, NYS does. Property taxes are high and rising. Auto insurance rates are higher. Definitely calculate the high cost of heat! Guestimate your costs of living will about double by moving to NY.

I have this friend problem.?
So my very best friend has been taking me to school for the past semester and beginning this semester. I really appreciate her because I really have no means to get to school without her, because my dad is not willing to let me drive my car with no insurance all the way downtown, and I have a job but it doesn't really give me hours to even pay for my insurance. Well, today I made her mad because I had slept over at her house the night before and left without telling her parents or brother I was leaving. Her family and her got really worried and blew up my phone, I didn't answer because I was knocked out in my brother's room and my phone was in my room on vibrate. I was at home, not anywhere unsafe. So, now she has a change of heart and texts me that she doesn't want to be responsible for me and doesn't want to take me to school tommorrow. I have class tmr. and now I have no ride or guarantee of a ride for the rest of the year. I hate having to depend on her too, but my circumstance don't allow me to even drive there myself and I'm at odds with my own family. I feel quite stuck here. My Car accident is to Far fetched to believe what do i do?
I got hit by a MotorCycle hit and run while sitting at a intersection which was poorly lit and had no cameras; it is the worst intersection in my town. the Reason i have trouble with it was because i cant recall much for the fact that when i heard a sound i turned my head to it and saw a motorcycle slideing fast towards me. I then turned my head and ducked for cover as i could have sworn it was about to get worse. i felt two large bumps, and a loud scream as the motorcycle hit my car. I then got up to look and the motorist had allready gotten back on the bike and drove away the opposite direction i had been coming from. but i went back the next morning there are no skid marks or scratch marks on the pavement, the dmg to my car is weird at that as well. scratch marks that are on the door and and random bump marks as well. I look at this and see exactly what a cop or investigator is going to say when he looks at this and hes going to say insurance fraud.... what in the hell do i do?

First time buying car and auto insurance?
It seems that I need auto insurance before I can drive the car off the lot. This would be my first car meaning I don't have any previous insurance. Does that mean I need to purchase insurance from an agency before I go to a dealership or do I purchase it from the dealer? If I purchase from an agency beforehand, I don't see how I can do that; they all ask for the car information -- which I obviously don't have. So is the only option to purchase from the dealer? Also, I'm assuming the insurance from the dealer is a temporary thing, meaning it only covers the car for a short period of time and shouldn't be used in place of insurance offered by agencies (allstate, geico, etc)? Or am I getting this all wrong and the dealer actually purchase insurance from one of those agencies (and simply acts as a middle man)?

Should I switch to T-mobile!?
My contract with ATT expires May 7th, and I am ecstatic! right now me and my mother are on the plan, I pay around 98.00 a month for two lines, one has phone insurance, and we have like 500 minutes, we have LG VUs right now. My original plan was to get the iphone for myself, and my mom a simple phone since she doesnt like anything high tech. but I think it's getting too pricey, and I've heard rumors on CNN that ATT plans to raise their prices again!...what do I do!? Ive been wanting the iphone for 4 years! and I can finally have it! Is the iphone worth it? Is it really that amazing and life altering? or should I switch to T-mobile and get their most expensive phone? i think it's the my touch? for those of you who have my touches and iphones...any opinions!? and what apps does the my touch have? is the iphone worth the price? 1990 300zx starter problems, Wont crank?
Im having a problem with my starter on my 1990 300zx. It sounds like there lil power going to the starter. I took the starter to auto shop and they tested it & it passed the test. I changed the starter relay and still nothing. I battery I put in my z is from my nissan altima 2004 which works great so im pretty sure that battery has enough power to give the starter. My friend owed me money, 1500 to be exact she paid me when she got her school refund, but it was on a prepaid visa card the school gives you instead of a check. You can only take 1,000 off the card a day. She had already taken the thousand that day and I needed some bill paid so she took me to pay those. This is complicated...not sure if anyone will be able to help. My father seperated from the army in 2002 he thought he was discharged. I believe he canceled his SGLI due to bad advice thinking he could convert to VGLI because he paid on his life insurance for over 30 years he wouldn't just up and cancel. Problem happened when army did not fix in computer he was discharged. My dad moved with me to another state thinking he was discharged. My dad got ill couldn't go to VA doc had to go on base because it still showed active. He wasn't able to file for VA benifits or VGLI due to it. We found out he got cancer and he ended up in and out of Hospitals. He died in Aug of 2004 and SGLI said his seperation date shows as July 2004. One month before he died. --- what do I do I think they cheated him out of his life insurance and messed up his paperwork. (I know I'm asking late but I'm just finding out info about all this now because they wouldnt tell me much when it happened)

Permanent tooth feels loose?
One of my permanent front teeth feel loose. It hurts if I'm eating ice cream or something cold and it come in contact with that tooth. It only feels loose if I move it with my bottom teeth, I tried using my fingers and tongue, but it doesn't feel loose. I can bite into food no problem. I had 3 retainers and braces for about 10 years, but I haven't worn a retainer in about 3 years. If I try avoiding using that tooth while eating and try to stop playing with it, will it stop feeling loose? I have never been really good with brushing and flossing my teeth, but I have started brushing them twice daily for a few weeks now, but I'm afraid to floss my teeth, especially if they feel loose. I'm no longer covered under my mom's insurance plan, so I can't go to the dentist, cause I can't afford to pay for the appointment. So if there's something I cab do at home, that would be great.

Recently my wife started to have some pregnancy symptoms. She missed her period which she says was suppose to have come on the 24th (so like 4 days late), shes been feeling very tire, been having a severe headaches for several days now, and shes been having some mild cramping. We both assume that she was pregnant but decided to take a pregnancy test to be sure. We took 2 first response pregnancy tests between a 8 hour period but they both were negative. Is there a chance that the tests could have been wrong? She has to works and she is also a part time student, could the stress be causing these effects her? I insist that she go to the doctors for a checkup but since we do not have insurance, she does that feel the need to do it. Could these problems a sign of a bigger problem/illness?
My car was hit in a parking lot?
My car was hit while I was in a meeting at work. The parking lot has no surveillance. A man informed me that a green SUV backed into the front of my car; his/her tow hitch poked a hole in my left bumper. While I was surveying the damage, upset, the man left. Never having been in this situation before, I didn't think to get his statement or contact information. I should mention that my car was left unlocked as I was late to my meeting and rushed in. I made a claim to my insurance that evening and my car was repaired. 6 weeks later, I received a call from my insurance stating that another driver is claiming that I rear-ended him/her. Obviously, there is no police report. Since we both have two very different stories, what do I do? Can I be held liable, though they have no proof? They must have written down my license plate. Got into financial trouble recently (who hasn't) and got behind on a Wells Fargo credit card/loan (mattress discounters). They sent me a letter offering my to pay $300 of my $1400 balance and it will read on my report "account paid in full for less than full balance." What state are you in? in mine, only licensed drivers can own a vehicle, and only owners of a vehicle can get insurance under their name. so If you have a permit, you can't get insurance.

I usually get my glasses from Costco because they are cheap and have very nice glasses and you can get an exam for about $40 and glasses about $60 all together an average of $100, but that is if you want a nice pair with a sturdy frame, you can get wired glasses for a cheaper price. But the glasses will come ready in about over a week, so you've got to be patient then, but the wait is rewarded. :)

Can you align a car with bad wheel bearings?
recently went to tire discounters to get some new tires, and they told me both wheel bearings were bad and my tie rod end was bad? me being a diy'r on most car things i said ill fix em, but they refused an alignment til my problems were fixed, though the wheel bearings aren't making any noise yet, i figured i would change them once i had the extra money to pick up a press and the bearings and shims i may need to press it in, if i replace just the tie rod end will they be able to align my car?

So I have an older car (7yrs old) and am carrying full cover on it, and am wondering if it's time to pare down to just liability coverage. Fair market value is between $7000 - $8000 and it has only 70k miles and runs well. With the economy the way it is and a one income family, would it be wise to drop my level of coverage just to save a few dollars?

you can install w/e onto your car it shouldn't effect your insurance unless you tell them you want the added things to be covered under your insurance i myself had a turbo civic and my rate stayd the same it was later on that i added aftermarket insurance on to my policy that it went up a lil b/c of the money that was in the car but in the long run trust me it was not worth it.... they only covered up to 2grand in aftermarket coverage which was basiclly just my tires and rims lol so i would say dont get it just rock the turbo your car will still be covered...at the same rate b/c the cover only the base value of the car

However, the car we were driving was rented from Alamo under my name without any insurance for third party. She does not have the insurance herself before. I tried my metlife insurance and they won't cover because her name is not listed. Metlife gave us a estimate $4600 ( I think this is higher than our expect) which is far way beyond our budget. I got a written warning for "careless driving" becasue I did not realize the speed limit dropped it dropped from 50 to 30 apparently and I did not notice the sign becasue it was like 3AM and I was tired. When I go to my OB, or any other doctor I have to pay a co-pay of $30 and then the rest goes to insurance. Should it be the same way for an infertility specialist?

Look on ebay, rap4, or opsgear. The best deals will be on ebay for new and used parts. But rap4 and opsgear will have a large variety of parts and some really cool looking stuff. Really the mods your looking at are just visual and dont really have much of a practical use. The stock is nice for holding up and giving you a level marker and easier to site up your shots but if you play for a while you will be able to do this without the stock.

Marine Veteran Student Seeking Financial options?
I'm a Marine Corps Veteran as of June of 2010 and started attending school September 2010 full time in the state of ohio. My Basic Housing allowance is 1320$ a month. Part time jobs seem to be nonexistent. I thought getting one would be easy but its not that way. I have bills that need payed Truck payment insurance rent cell phone credit cards and of course your expendable income of food gas. Its not adding up and i'm finding myself fall more in debt and i might be scratching the surface of my good credit score. I thought about unemployment benefits but those aren't offered to full time students in Ohio. I filled out a FASFA to see if i qualified for any grants. But only loans were offered so far. My Friend with the exact same situation same rank same school whole nine rated the PELL GRANT and receives an extra 1100$ a term and hes obviously more financially comfortable. I'm just wondering if theres any other student aid offered to veterans or if any body knows what i may be qualified for in my situation. Thank you

I received a 1099-C, Cancellation of Debt, in the mail today. After some research I found out that thismeans my bank forgave me the loan I owned. This is for a car, the loan numbers match. But I still have the car. Does that mean they just gave me the car for free??? i'm sure it's some type of mistake, but even if it is..wouldn't this 1099-c hold up in court as evidence that I do not own anything on the loan? will they sign the title over to me?

Suspended license for unpaid parking tickets...?
I have a friend who is in a HUGE dilemma. He works as a pizza delivery guy 2 nights a week and can barley pay his phone bill. He has tons of unpaid parking tickets since his town is over populated and does not have adequate parking. His license was suspended because of the unpaid tickets, he has 2 warrants and about 2000 dollars owed as well as his insurance being revoked. He is in major jeopardy of being arrested, his car impounded and facing serious jail time but he can't afford cereal for breakfast. His parents are less then helpful. He would like to find a full time job so he can go to school and start a career (He is 25, but I don't need judgment on that, he has a tough home situation) but he cant apply for half these jobs because they require a clean drivers record and proof of insurance. I got a written warning for "careless driving" becasue I did not realize the speed limit dropped it dropped from 50 to 30 apparently and I did not notice the sign becasue it was like 3AM and I was tired. I usually don't drive that late but I was pulling an all-nighter to finish some research papers for my college and I ran out of cigarettes and I had to get to the 24/7 tobacco store. I was served papers over an auto debt last week. We called the creditor's lawyer and agreed on payments, they said we would still have to go to court once over it but they never said when. do we still need to hire a lawyer enough though we handled it on our own? Ipod Touch displays wrong song?
When my ipod sleeps, and I press the home button twice to be able to pause the song I'm listening to, etc. It always shows the song I'm listening to as being the same avenged sevenfold song, no matter what I'm listening to. What threads do the invert mini barrel use?
No the invert mini only works with cocker threads, but ansgear.com has barrel adapters you can buy. So if you buy the a5 style barrel you can buy a cocker to a5 adapter or if you want the 98 buy a 98 to cocker adapter or whichever barrel style you choose. Many paintball guns out there, but for under $200 Spyders VS line is hard to beat.... the one you are looking at is a good one. I would get it. Also look at the VS-2 and VS-3. I have 5 different Spyder models from many years, all customized..... nice markers that are easy to modify. Get the Spyder and have fun!

How to mount an iso file in which was extracted from multiple archives?
Ok so im trying to play KIngdom hearts on my pc using the pcsx2 and i believe it works pretty well although i havent had a chance to try it. I downloaded Kingdom Hearts as a torrent finished it. then i extracted in the folder on part01 and it auto extracted the rest. It gave me a rar iso it said KingdomHearts.ISO but it was a winrar archive and inside of it there is a bunch of idx and irx and theres this one img file and i tried to mount it to drive and it worked. i went to pcsx2 and tried it it doesnt work just a black screen so im wondering how do i mount it properly or how do i put the iso image in pcsx2 and have it working because when i just put the image in there with the iso one it doesnt work at all.

i just got two tickets today in nyc. because of the snow it was hard to see the no left turn sign and the zebra lines i drove over were covered in snow. i took pictures. i was wondering since i was driving and the car is insured under his name so will my points affect his insurance rates and im thinking of fighting it since i have pictures and the snow day today
What can i do?
i got my front passenger tire changed today at tire discounters and when they took the old tire off the rubber brake hose came unclamped from the strut and then they put the new tire on without reclamping it.... so every time i turned my wheel rubbed against the line and burnt a whole through it by the end of the day this line cost 30 dollars since they didnt reclamp it and none of this would have happened if they would have are they liable and do they have to pay for the new line
