I was just in a car wreck and I am 18?

We called the insurance company that is paying for my repairs (wasn't my fault). We asked them about a rental car and they said that the insurance will pay for my car at enterprise or hertz. I am 18 though. Will it matter since the insurance company pays for it? I don't want to ask the front desk people because I don't want to point out that I am underage.
